Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do with it, who we share it with, and how to reach us about it.

Who we are
Bistro Branding Co., LLC runs this website, https://bistrobranding.co. We build solid-wood restaurant tabletops that carry advertising for local businesses. This policy covers the website and the information we handle when you contact us, advertise with us or host our tables.
Visiting this website
These pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts come from our own site, so viewing a page does not send your details to anyone else.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.
The sign-in area of this site is for our own staff. It is not a customer account system.
When you contact us
The inquiry forms on this site open your own email app with your answers filled in; nothing is sent until you press send. If you email, call or text us, we receive what you choose to tell us, such as your name, business, phone number and email address. We use it to answer you and to follow up about tables or advertising.
When you advertise with us
To sell, contract and produce an ad we keep:
- your business name and the name of the person signing
- your mailing address, email address and phone numbers
- the ad you bought, its price, your payment plan and your payment status
- your signed advertising agreement
- the logo, artwork and wording you give us for the ad
You sign the agreement through an e-signature service and, if you pay by card, you enter your card details on our payment processor's page. We are told whether a payment succeeded. We never see or store your card number.
We send your contract, payment link and reminders by email. Your finished ad is printed on the restaurant's tables, so whatever it shows is public by design.
When your restaurant hosts our tables
We keep the restaurant's name and address, the contact details of the people we deal with, your logo and the details of the installation.
Diners who scan a table
Some tables carry a QR code that opens the restaurant's menu, which we host for the restaurant. Opening it does not ask for your name or an account and sets no cookies. Like any web server, the menu host records the request: IP address, device and browser type, and the time. We use this only to keep menus working and to count scans.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- the service providers that run our systems: our payment processor, our e-signature service, and our hosting, data storage and email providers. They may use the information only to provide those services to us
- the people who work with us on your order, such as our sales representatives and ad designers
- the partner restaurant, which sees the ads that will appear on its tables
- authorities, when the law requires it
How long we keep it
We keep customer and restaurant records for the life of the agreement, which runs three years, and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes. We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful for staying in touch, and delete them if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we need to keep it for a contract, for our accounts or by law. Email or call us using the details below.
Changes
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top.
